Lifestyle Change & Vegetarian Recipes!

I'm now into my third month of being a Vegetarian and I can't quite believe how different it's made me feel! I never thought in a million years I'd give up meat, but after I ended up with food poisoning last year, it just made me so nervous and anxious when it came to eating meat again! I figured I would try and go vegetarian for a while to see if it helped, but never imagined it would leave me feeling so much better as well! I was expecting to feel tired amongst other things but i've found myself sleeping better and I feel so much better in myself too!

It's really made me more adventurous with food too, trying to incorporate protein has been much easier than I thought and Abbie has been enjoying trying new things too! I'm not sure if it's something I will do forever but I am feeling so much better in myself, so we will have to see! I have actually just bought Ella Woodward's new book, although I could never commit to Vegan, I absolutely love her recipes and plan on recreating most of them in the future, especially the delicious energy bites which i'm planning on trying next week!

I've also cut out egg as well which includes anything containing eggs, the only thing i've struggled with is finding egg free cakes, but I did carry out some research and invested in some egg replacer products so I will be posting up some recipes and my honest opinion on them in the upcoming months! First recipe i'll be making are eggless American style Brownies, with toasted marshmallows, YUM!

I currently have a list of new vegetarian recipes I want to try, so I thought I would share 10 of them today for you! I'm not into recipes with tons and tons of ingredients either, so most of these are pretty simple and made using usual things you already have in your kitchen!

YES! thanks for sharing these recipes. i've been veggie for nearly a year now and it's the bet thing i've ever done, i gradually went off meat and then challenged myself t go without it for a month and never looked back. i never thought i'd give up meat either but feel so much better for it :) i've also started switching all my beauty products to cruelty free too :)
